The core responsibility of the department is to physical execution of the proposals design and planned by P&E department. The Project Construction Circle GEPCO headed by Manager/SE level officer. To manage all the work through 4 Divisions headed by Dy. Manager/Executive Engineer positioned in City, Cantt, Gujrat and Sialkot Divisions and for physical execution of work in eight No. Construction Sub Divisions lead by Assistant Manager/Junior Engineer.  The main activities of construction circle as under:-
