To ensure the connectivity and restoration of power supply to our esteems customers by watching /monitoring the distribution system (796 nos. of Feeders) spread in the jurisdiction of company.  The distribution network of 22679 KM HT line and 18164 KM LT line.

The Central CRC established in GEPCO Head Quarter under the headship of General Manager (Operation) GEPCO and working around the clock in three shifts leaded by Dy. Manager (Operations)

Functions/Responsibilities of CRC

  1. Ministry F.C.C online complaints/telephonically received CRC GEPCO Head Quarter Gujranwala from Ministry of Water & Power, Islamabad. Which has been got redressed through SDO/Xen/SE (Operation) concerned as well as Construction & GSO Circles etc and also confirmed the from the complainant through telephonically.
  2. Watch the connectivity & Restoration of distribution System
  3. Monitor Federal Complaint Cell (FCC) to resolve the complaints
  4. Attend consumer Complaints on 118
  5. Coordination/monitoring of all Rapid Response units established in all Sub Divisions of the /company.
